Refund and Cancellation Policy
Boostaa Home Services offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our services. If you are not satisfied with the services that we provide, you may cancel the appointment and receive a full refund.
To cancel an appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, we may charge a cancellation fee.
The following are some exceptions to our refund policy:
- We do not offer refunds for appointments that are cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We do not offer refunds for appointments that are cancelled due to the customer’s negligence or willful misconduct.
We understand that sometimes things come up and you need to cancel an appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
